Since I already did an intro post, I figured I'd do a build thread with lots of pics to show the progress of making it mine.

The day I got her home.

First thing I added was the SuperATV flip up windshield. Easy to install and works great.

Next came the winch install. 4500 lb Superwinch with synthetic rope. I used the KFI mount. Easy install and the instructions were really clear. For now, I only mounted the socket for the handheld remote. I have a switch plate being made that will hold an in-out rocker switch.

Superwinch

I ordered both the winch and their mounting plate, is there a reason you used the KFI mount? Your power distribution panel and rear lights, did you get that from Amazon? Thanks

And since I know that I have more electrical accessories to add, I went ahead and mounted this fused distribution block for power and ground connections.

And one more pic. Here is the switch plate I ordered. I saw this one on the site and pretty much copied it.

I'm out of town for 2 weeks so I can't mess with her for a while. Still have a 40 inch LED light bar to mount and 2 6 inch LED's for reverse / work lighting. My switch panel should be in when I get home. Hoping to get those installed when I get home.

I recently acquired 2 sheets of 3/16 stainless steel. Thinking about going have a metal roof bent out of stainless. And I'll probably use some of it to make a stainless heat shield.

Finally got home and was able to spend some time with the Viking. I got the 40" LED bar and the reverse/work lights mounted and wired.

Then I was able to wire up and install my custom switch panel. The backlighting and the 3 switches on the right side of the panel come on with the key. The 3 switches on the left side are always powered. The winch in/out switch and the LED lights I wanted to be able to use with the machine off. I know I'll never leave the LEDs on and forget about them.

That looks great, those reverse lights will be handy!

I do a lot of electrical installs for people on boats, trucks, side by side and stuff. I have used those lights as reverse/work lights on several projects with great results. I even have a pair wired into my reverse lights on my pickup.

I love doing 12v wiring and accessories so if anybody needs something done just let me know.

Which work better for back-up lights, spot or the floods?

Yes. Call Greg. He answered a few questions I had, got exactly what I wanted figured out. Then he sent me a photo to approve before they actually cut it out.

Awesome company to work with. And they have a bunch of other pieces for the Viking too. Just ask when you have him on the phone. They can do pretty much anything. Only limit it probably your wallet! At least mine was. Lol.

I don't have any on my phone and I'm stuck at work all night. I'll get some tomorrow. But if you search online for RioRand 18w LED light you can see the light. I just drilled right thru the plastic roof and put a large stainless fender washer on the back side. Mount seems very sturdy and gives great light for backing up or getting stuff out the of the bed in the dark.

According to the FedEx website, my new wheel/tire kit will be here tomorrow. So in order to get prepped for it I decided to take a few pics in stock form.

At the rear hitch I'm at 10 inches.

I put a mark on the front bumper to measure. I'm at 25 inches there.

I'll post back with new pics after the tires are installed. Then again once I get my Strongmade Lift installed. Thinking I'll probably go with 2" in the front and 3" in the rear.
