So do you think it was worth the money or do you think you should have waited to see what comes from EMP or other aftermarket manufacturers? Is it sturdy and well made? I want to get something but I want to see what EMP comes out with first.

Thanks,
Chris

I had credit at the dealer, so all i had to pay for was the Center Grill Guard, but i still think it was worth it, its Rock solid, seems to be very sturdy, the finish probally wouldnt last log if you really used it, but if it ever did start peeling or chipping, id probaly take it to get sprayed with bedliner. Im sure EMP or another companys bumpers wold be nice, but for what i do, the yamaha will work find, and i wouldnt want to have to move my Winch again either.

Yeah, I actually like the looks of the Yamaha one and for what I'd be running over (tall grass, small trees and bushes) it would be fine. I'm just curious what the others might look like and their prices.

Did you have to move your winch to mount this one? I never thought about that.

Either a 10-12" LED light bar for the Guard, or 2 seperate LED lights for the Guard, I just dont know if the bar would work, cause i dont know if the mounts for the Bar would line up with the holes on the Guard. Then i plan on getting a Silent Rider silencer when they come out with one for the Viking.

I ordered a 12" LED Light Bar yesterday on gool ol' eBay, it doesnt have a nice factory looking rocker switch, it looks to have a stick on swith with a wire built into it. Anybody know where i can get a nice Factory looking switch?

I got the flood pattern, 5700 Lumens.

locally go to a boating place. They have nice waterproof rocker switches. They can be ordered but I know you want it for when the light comes in. I just ordered a 36" combo light bar for the roof and a small 6" to face the rear. That should handle lighting for a while. I have been using the replacement HID in the headlights that seem to be working fine so far.

That should work out great. I didnt think about waterproof switches..the one i ordered may not work out so great afterall.

UPDATE:
i just looked at the eBay switch i got, and it does say it has a Waterproof rating of IP66. So i guess its all good. Did you order the lights from where i got mine?
