wheel fitment

I picked up the viking today and I would like to order new wheels but I have a few questions. I was going to order some wheels from Rocky Mtn today but the guy on the phone said he did not show any of the STI wheels fitting the viking. They show several wheels in 4 by 110, 5 plus 2 offset but he didn't show them fitting the viking. After reading on the forum I can see the caps could be problem. When I told him the viking has 12mm wheel studs he thought that might be the issue. Can anyone tell me which STI wheels fit?

I like some of the msa wheels like the M12 or M17, but the off set is 4 plus 3. Will the MSA wheels work?

Other guys on the forum are running Sti rims. Yes the Center cap was an issue but they now have a deep one available for the Viking. If you look through the gallery of pictures it gives you a good idea of what rims guys are running on the Viking

Thats crazy, i ordered my tire wheel package from Rocky Mtn ATV, and go the 14x7 STI HD2 black/machined wheels, 5+2 offset, work great!!! I had no issues at all with my center caps.

Ya know...when I fist got mine, I actually called them and was told they didn't carry anything yet for the Viking. This was after you had yours...I guess it depends on who ya talk to.
Guess so
Really odd really, when i did mine, i went throug hte Tire/wheel package builder, put in the Viking as my ride, and it showed everything that worked with it, showed the correct bolt pattern, etc. Only thing that was wrong, was they told me the wrong lug nut size, so when i got all my stuff in, i had to call them, and they sent me the correct lug nuts for free.

I just went on their site and tried to put in 2014 Viking for some STI wheels...and the Viking isn't even an option? I know they carry the darn things...I think any 4-110 5+2 would work? CRAZY!
I just went on there, and Viking is on there, where it has the drop down boxes, pick UTV/Yamaha/Viking.
That's confusing, because I see it there...but not if you go to the STI wheels.
Yeah, I see that too, strange
I just bought a set of 14" STI HD3 wheels with 27" STI Black Diamond tires and the caps that came with the wheels are way to shallow for the Viking. Where can you find the new center caps for the Viking?
Really odd, i didnt have any issues with my center caps on my HD2 wheels.

Call STI, and i think they'll send you some caps for free, i know they did for one or more members on here with Vikings.
Are you saying the bolt pattern is off...or the diameter of the holes? If it really is a 4-110, shouldn't it fit??

Should fit, unless there defective, or sent him the wrong wheels.
That's what I'm thinking...if the really were 4-110's, they should fit.
I purchased a set of STIHD3 gloss black 4/110 5+2 offset and they WILL NOT FIT my 2014 Viking, the bolt hole are slightly over 1/8" out and the way the rims are you can't drill or ream them out to make them fit. I know nobody had problems with the STI HD2 wheels but they are discontinued and the only choice is the HD3-HD4 wheels. Be very careful on buying these wheels. I bought mine from a company in Texas and had them shipped to Canada it was cheaper then buying them here not anymore because I will probably have to ship them back now.

The more I think about this, the more I think you need to contact the seller. If they truly are 4-110's there should be no way they are 1/8 off:confused:

Those sound more like 4-115's
exactly, if they are 4-110, 5+2 offset, which is what mine are, and mine are STI HD2, Should go right on, i think they sent wheels with the wrong bolt pattern
