Picked it up yesterday, really like it so far, just getting used to it, im used to the sound of my 2011 CanAm Outlander 800 with the 71hp VTwin Rotax motor, sounds sooooo good. Have not drove a regular sounding atv/utv in years.
I like the size of the Viking, theres no annoying noises, etc. It has real nice power and speed. It does indeed fit 3 adults. It rides pretty smooth from what i can tell so far. The Bighorn 2.0's are a good looking tire, but wow, did they put some small ones on this beast.. 25" i think, thing thing could fit 30's i bet. lol
Things i dislike, No tilt steering wheel, NO turf mode, im used to those 2 things from the Ranger i sold. Also i find the sppedo hard to read where its at, its dark to me. IMO, if i designed it , i would have put it right behind the steering wheel, tilted back a bit, or adustable to be able tilt back and fourth to make it easier to read. Also, i find the Engine Braking abit much, its going to take some getting used to it, i personally, could do without it, i dont ride down hills, its flat around here. I wish they made it where there was an on/off switch for it.
Ive got several accessories im waiting to come in at the dealer including:
Warn ProVantage 3500 winch and mount plate
Yamaha/SSV Works Overhead stereo
Yamaha LED Tail lights
Yamaha HD Brush & Headlight guards
Yamaha Rearview mirror
Yamaha Floor mats
Yamaha Underseat storage box
The floor in the Viking is abit slippy, and theres no heal rest by the gas pedal, as there is in a RZR im told. that would be nice, cause sometimes your foot can slip off the pedal, the Floor mats should give my traction for shoes, etc.
