Well, i see you got on, great.

Member unclemd replaced his bulbs, he'd know for sure.

Just looked at one of his post over on the Rhino site whee he and most of us used to be on. Here's what he said:

Just letting everyone know that the bulbs on the Viking are similar to the Grizzly 700 and use the HS1 bulb. Dropped in an H4 tonight and it fits perfect and makes a big difference for brightness. The lens and lights look big enough that heat shouldn't be an issue.

it would be great if we can see before and after pictures of it, or even just the after shots if no before shots were taken
Yes, that would be great

I didn't take any before or after photo's but I can tell you its a lot brighter. The original bulb is 35Watt and I think the new one is 55/60Watt if I'm correct. I would of went with a larger wattage one if I knew the stock wiring harness could handle it.

If your adding a light bar you may not even want to change your bulbs. I changed mine and the 36" light bar drowns it out I can't see a change at all when headlights get turned on and off with light bar on. I will say that the bulbs alone are twice as bright as stock ones. Not the best pic but this is HID on bright. They are brighter than the pic taken with iPhone. Hope this helps

Now with light bar for comparison Think it is pointed down a little to much.

What light bar did you go with?

Pics?
disregard, i seen a pic in another thread.
Well the bulbs aren't gonna be so much for brightness as much as trying to get a white color to match my lightbar when I get it.....that's my main thing want them to kinda match the color contrast.....so the h4 is a drop in replacement your saying correct....I can't wait to start the mods on this thing

Yes it will go in easy and match perfectly
Got the new bulbs in I went with silver star ultras H4 bulbs and they are a nice crisp white not yellowish
Do you just go by H4, or is there a # too, for example 9004.
