I test drove a viking in Montana when I was on vacation and fell in love with it so I got one all ready in Florida to pick up once I got back and this one in neutral has a bad vibration kinda shakes while sitting there if ya know what I mean I don't remember the one I test drove doing that.....does yours have a shake/vibration while idling

Yeah, mine did that when i first got it, its not near as bad now, hardly notice it anymore. Do you still need me to call you? Is this what it was about?

I haven't had the chance to get on a Viking as yet but is the vibration bad enough that you find it to be a deal breaker or what?

No I mean I love the machine other then that but I haven't even put a mile on mine yet....and everyone is telling me it gets better so time will tell

The assumption or even FACT is that it's the engine mounts and with riding it will 'break in' the mounts, smoothing it all out. Hopefully that will be the case, keep us posted.

I took the grab bar out and it made mine 100% better. I installed new grab bars. What was left went away after breaking in

All I done was put two aftermarket grab handles on the front bar. I'm going to cut the mounts back into the body and redrill holes to mount the factory bar back in if I ever need to. But make the front dash clean with no bars sticking out when the bar is removed. I'll post a pic when finished.
