I looked at these, nice set up. They don't work well with some UTV roofs so do your research before purchasing. I ended up with a Cabela's tactical double case that hangs from the rear

The Viking roof is pretty big so it should work. I like how you can access the rifles quickly and store them securely without having to get in and out of the seat.

same here I like the easy access on the inner line roof too. Perfect when heading to the deer lease.

You need the QD8550GR.. That will go 15"-23".. The distance between the front are rear bars on the Viking are about 18 1/4"

Yeah, I just ordered one. I think it will work just fine. I was thinking about taking the one off my ATV and making something to fit in the back. However, I like the roof mount because it makes them convenient and out of the weather, for the most part.

Doesn't Yamaha make a gun rack that is custom fit for the Viking. If you can get it for cheap on eBay and know it will work though, then I say go for it.

I bet there are a few different types of gun racks too. Some must fit in the bed of the truck or on top of the roof instead of underneath the roof.

Yep, that looks good. I think it will be exactly what I was looking for. Mine should be here today. That's pretty good because I ordered it from Cabela's on Tuesday (Oct. 8th) and they said it would be 1-2 weeks.
