Can anyone tell me if they trailer the machine, and how the roof holds up while towing on an open trailer? How about the front windshield?

Im also curious how much the roof adds to the over height of the machine. I cant exceed 76 1/4", the machine is 74 1/8 with no roof. The dealer I stopped at had a blue one, no roof on it.

I towed mine 600+ miles on an open trailer and I had no problem with the roof. It does flex a little in the front but not bad.

I don't have a windshield yet so I cannot comment on it.

If I measured mine correctly it is only about 74 1\2 at the highest point. So it should fit in whatever you want to put it in with the height limit.

So the roof basically adds only about 3/8", kinda surprised.. I put a straight piece of pipe across the roof at the dealer on a machine with no roof, and the highest point was 74 1/8"

I put a 2×4 across the top at the highest point. It might be a hair higher than that but not by much. I did have to look up at it because I'm only 5'8''.

Because were I want to put the machine, has a clearance height of 76 1/4, understand????

Actually no. With a windshield, it looks like the wind might do some damage to the roof than with out. There is a small opening between the windshield and the roof.. Without a windshield, it seems the air would go in and out and not affect the roof as much. Thats why Im asking.

I have pulled mine in an open trailer from the dealer (approx. 150 miles) and both held up just fine. I have the 2 piece windshield so I just had to have it facing the front (into the wind).
