Ok, there must be a Viking SE model. Take a look at the Yamaha site under accessories and look at the description of the overfenders and mud flaps. It states they are standard on the SE model.

Was playing around with the "Build your own" on the Yamaha website and when you click on the Non EPS models, it states that they include special edition silver seats, special edition graphics treatment, one piece aluminum wheels and a sport steering wheel.

So, do those that have gotten the non EPS Vikings have these goodies?

I'd be happy if they would go with different wheels other than the standard they've offered for years. Something like Viking2k14 added.
