I pulled a set of 12 inch rims from one of my older Yamahas ( a 96 Big Bear I think) figuring that they had the same bolt pattern and the offset looked the same. What I forgot to account for was the cut of the back side of the rim. They were a "stacked"/layered cut and the rim comes in contact with the caliper on the front.
Just a friendly thought for those looking at used rims, Make sure it has a straight cut to the back side and not a tapered or layered cut.
