The weight is a big factor as well as durability. I've read SO many reviews on both tires my eyes hurt.

I've owned ITP 589's, Super Swamper Vampires, Bighorns and another I can't remember the name. The 589's & TSL's were HEAVY and took their toll on the bearings and Axle's. I ran those on a BF 750i and you could feel the hop and the power loss. I'm trying to stay away from a clutch upgrade and that's why I'm staying with 27".

@ Quack Addict: I originally put 27" Maxxis Zillas on my Viking. They look awesome, pull great and are very light. However they are really short. My 27" Zillas were shorter than the stock Bighorns and my 26" Mudlites. I have now sold them and gone back with a 27" Mudlite. The difference is ridiculous.

Hey Quack addict, it would be awesome if you could post some pictures of your Viking with the new tires on there.

Are you happy with the new tires? Have you got to try them out yet?
Not yet, see my response above will do on the pics.

Here's what I have so far.

Tires arrived and I measured before they were put on. The front measured 25 1/2" tall and the rear was 24 3/4. I was'nt going to panic I've had radials before.

Got the tire's rimmed up and the front's measured 27" & The rear's come in at 27 1/4". I've taken pictures but the server at work ( Work Phone) is down and I can't get them to my laptop. I do Like how they look even on the stocker's . I'll get photo's soon.
