I think we did the very first machined sheave for a Viking.
Did some testing day before yesterday.
It appears the Viking is speed limited and rev limited and after a machined sheave it still only goes 50-51.
I have a power commander coming with some special coding and rev limiter set at 8000, so I will have to see what it affects.
Low end works as I thought it would with the same gains as our rhino sheave does which is much improved take off due to moving the belt lower in the primary and higher in secondary.
We do however already have a big tire clutch kit for the Viking with lighter weights and stiffer secondary spring for secondary
