I just got my insurance notice from state farm and it is $435 a yr full coverage. To me that's crazy. My atv was $109. My diesel truck is $450 a yr. Guess I need to look for new insurance. They consider it a dunn buggy but most people will use them for light trail and farm use.

I only have it on my Can-am because my credit union requires it. I used to do the financing through dealer, then refinance it through the Credit union for a lower rate and some some $$$. But then they started requiring YOU to pay for insurance on it...IMO, if they want it, they should pay for it. But with the Viking, im staying with Yamaha, not worth switching to credit union, cause the yearly, Insurance rate, would take away all my savings in the first place.

I pay around 210 through Progressive for the Can-am. They wanted close to 300 for the Viking when i called, i said no thanks.

$370 yearly for mine through state farm. $1000 deductible. Covers theft and liability. Pretty ridiculous.
