Seems like it works really well. This product isn't actually made by Yamaha though? It is aftermarket from another company?

I'm wondering if anyone has this installed on their Viking. Curious about how well it insulates you from wind and the cold.

Hi yes this is our enclosure we make right here in eastern ohio. Thank you for posting the video!
We have had many members purchase them and have had great feedback. I hope some see of them post and respond.
We have had deer hunters in Texas to ice fisherman in Maine. They all tell us that the enclosure have kept them warm and dry.
I personally can tell you that I was out plowing snow today and had to take my jacket off I was so hot. Kind of felt weird plowing snow in nothing but a t-shirt. Ha ha
Thank you again for this awesome forum

It's gotten really good reviews so I may consider it. I'm gonna see if I can last the winter without it first though. No sense in buying this enclosure if I don't actually need it.

What's the price on one of these?

how well are they sealed? I know with alot of soft and hard enclosures there are still significant air gaps...

whats the best way for sealing these up?
I think they are sealed very well. I am not saying there are no air gaps, because there is always a fee small places but by no means anything significant. We purposely do not try to make it airtight for ventilation purposes. I was out plowing in minus 45 windchill with no hat or gloves and a thin jacket and was very comfortable with no fogging issues.
The price is $550w/free shipping. Available on our website www.yamahaenclosures.com Dealer pricing is available for dealers.
Thanks again

Very Good Product ~ Thank you!!!

I installed my new Viking enclosure last week. It was very easy to install installed taking about 20 minutes, just like the video described in the forum.

My wife and I took a ride in the cold weather conditions and we were very comfortable. This is cool because now my wife and kids will now be able to join me in the fall and winter rides in adverse weather conditions!

Last weekend my buddy and I went out ice fishing with the new enclosure. The wind chill factor was horrible that day, and the enclosure saved us from a frost bit ride. It was great getting back into the dry and snowless Viking for the ride back.

Very Good Product ~ Thank you!!!

Do you guys have any issues with the front window fogging up? I'm considering installing a cab heater, and I'm not sure if I want to go through the extra effort of cutting the dash and running defrost vents.
