California has great weather, some of the best in the USA, and much to see and do, but, other wise IT SUCKS !!!!! Way, way too many bull sh!t government regulations, taxes, crime, cost of gas/living and freaks. Most of my relatives moved out years ago. I don't know what they expect you to do with the old ones. However, if you are caught filling a non-CARB compliant can at the gas station, or you are headed to the desert with the wrong cans, it's a hefty fine.All of my gas cans were purchased in 1999 and are old school. Are you saying Ca would make me dispose of them(then fine me for disposing hazardous materials)or do they just require new cans to meet the new regulations?
