Hey all,
2014 viking, I have a issue where when going down hill the machine doesn't hold back anymore. Also when letting off the throttle at high speeds it makes pretty awful noise. I am guessing that this is all a one way bearing issue. What are your thoughts? I do have a one way bearing I could install if I could figure bout how to get the old one out. I tried to do this a couple years ago when I replaced wet clutch. I could get the damn thing out and didn't want to damage the seal that holds it in, because I didn't have a new one.

It says in the book to replace the one-way clutch bearing and clutch housing as a set, but I'd imagine you could get the old bearing pressed out, the new one pressed in, and then a new seal to follow. Make sure you put the bearing in the right way!

Replaced it all, one way bearing isn't pressed in it's just held in with the metal seal. the the pilot bearing is pressed in. All is good with the way it handles again. Also slugged wet clutch while I was in there.
