The Fish gang went to Vegas and test rode the Viking. They seemed very impressed and can't wait to get a hold of one to try other than an obstacle course. They said very good motor and ride it had plenty of low and mid end grunt but the course wasn't big enough to test top end. Sounds promising but guy's that want lots of speed are probably not going to be happy. Yamaha did say there will be a new sxs revealed for the next 5 years.

i saw that aswell, pretty sweet, and a pretty good review. I hope mine comes in this week, i was PM a guy on a Rhino forum today back and forth, and he said he wanted a Blue non EPS model, went to his dealer this morning, they had a Red Viking come in, then later they called him, said a blue one just came in. He bought the blue one, supposed to pick it up this week sometime.
Dirt Trax Tv is supposed to talk about the Viking aswell, they told me on Facebook sometime in August.

Did yamaha even report the top speed in it's official specs?

My son and I have watched Fisher's ATV World on tv a few times. They do some cool stuff. We have had our stock Viking up to 51 on flat, straight and level pavement. And my son and I are not lightweights!

Love the show, Love Dirt Trax Tv more, mainly because they do actually test and reviews on atv's and sxs's, not just trail rides.
I think the Viking is a great UTV, i've always had Yamaha's, and had the best of luck with them. My only complaint is mine is shrinking, lol. I need a 6 seater, my 2 little niece's are growing up to fast!!
