And they run off the battery? Any worry of too much drain on the battery?

It would be really cool if someone would capture that heat off of the exhaust that we've all been complaining about and put it in the cab. No battery drain there

It's really not that difficult but takes time to design it. I have a boat (cruiser) with a water heater. In the marine world they run a simple piece of tubing through the hot water heater that is plumbed to the freshwater that circulates through the engine (160 deg F). hot water a plenty.

looks like it runs off of hot water from the cooling system. Just need a cab to capture the hot air from it.

-32C here this morning. I think a cab enclosure and heater are in my future. However the dealer still hasn't gotten my windshield or roof yet, so this is all premature at the moment.

Yep, we are selling scads of heaters. The company in France with whom we worked on the main unit really knows their stuff. It's a 6-8 hour install time, but VERY worth the heat in the years ahead. It's freezing in Minneapolis at the moment too.

Other than one guy saying it was keeping his wife and him nice and warm.....think someone else said it was a great OEM look they hardly notice, but I haven't been keeping track. Will try to collate the feedback on the heater for you.

Operations told me today they are sending 10 a day out the door at the moment. We are nearly out of stock on our first 200 units. 350 units are arriving today/tomorrow, thankfully, with another 350 next month.

So there should be plenty in the field by now. Probably the fastest growing product we've ever introduced.

We don't post our install instructions publicly because some of our competitors don't offer any detailed instructions and/or parts list. It all sounds good to get a $225 heating system until the buyer realizes that not everything is included and they have no idea how to put it in.

You can call us on Monday and we can work with you that way.

What I can say is that I'm only moderately handy and I could do the installation in about 8 hours. It's not the easiest way to spend a Saturday, but once done you will have great heat in the cab for winters to come.

Two flexible vents Y off of the main unit to two vents on the dash.
