We installed the Factory LED tail lights on mine, and it has the reverse lights on them, and there is a plug in the front end right around the top of the pass side of the top of the shock area, and it was used for the backup light part of the tail lights.

Thats how my tail lights work, when i put it in reverse, the backup lights come on, like a truck or car.

Mine has an empty plug under the back of the tray (bed I think you guys call it) right in the centre, I assumed that was for the reverse lights, I'll check today and see if it goes hot in reverse.

I ment the plug in your picture with one green and one white with dark tracer wires coming off it....

I have a two wire plug dead center of the Viking, just inches below the top of the dash... But it's hot anytime the key is on....

This is driving me nuts....

I know what plug your talking about in the center dash area, that one we used for our Super ATV power steering kit, thats what plug it said in the instructions to use.

Far as the one in the pic i took, i can just say its one of those, i honestly cant remember now. Best thing i could recommend, is to call Yamaha and ask them to email you a copy of the install sheet on the LED tail lights, and it'll give you the info you need, although there for a Rhino, we where still able to figure it out.
