Looking for a flush mount rocker switch that will work for a champion 4500 pound winch. Anyone know of a good one?

Any winch switch should work since it is only carrying the load of the relay. I'd look on Amazon.

Believe me I have been considering doing that.

I recommend an ON/OFF switch somewhere to turn on and off the winch. My nephew likes to climb in my CovidZombieKiller and flip the switches. If the winch was always active then there is a good chance he would unwind the winch without pulling the cable, or even over tighten the cable. Thankfully there is a hidden on/off switch he doesn't know about. He can turn on and off the lights, and whips all he wants for all I care.

Cheap insurance.
