Has anyone install Camoplast Tracks on a Viking? If so I'm looking for some info and pics, how's the performance and what trailers size is needed to haul? Thanks

I have been running them for about a year and a half now. Cant say enough good things about them. Speed limited to about 25 max and the mileage is wonky with the tracks on. I verified with my GPS the speed and distance logged and it is about 1.5 to 1 track miles vs reality. Gears it down quite a bit but I go through a lot of swamp and my winch is pretty much just an ornament. I haul mine on a four place aluminum snow machine trailer, it puts the final dry weight around 1800 lbs.

Got a little bit of video footage with them tracks eating snow. Come on please, I live too close to the equator. Cheers

Love the look of your Viking!!! How many pennies did it take get the tracks?

I've been trying to save for awhile but the pennies always end up going to my other toys to keep them rolling. I just replace the fuel pump, ignition coil, plugs and front bumper on my Jeep, so there went my pennies for my tracks!

:D

I got lucky, I was gonna get a set of demo ones from my buddies dealership off a 2016 Viking he didn't sell last winter for $4400 out the door. Then I got wind of a guy wanting to sell his from a commander but he was going through the same dealer and wanted $3500 for his so I talked them into selling me the demo Viking ones for $3750 and they sold the commander ones to another guy for $4000 so like I said I got lucky new ones are $5000

For those of you interested, the dimensions with tracks installed are 82" tall at roof, 143" long, 71" wide. The front tracks weigh 101 lbs each and the rears weigh 120 lbs each, gonna refab my plow push tubes 8" longer so it sits level.
