That looks very durable. Can you still get to the free spool on the winch easily?

I think it would look awesome if you use the roll on bedliner so it had that factory textured look and it would hide the welds

Looks like a neat and tidy mock up. I am guessing this gentlemans welds will not need to be hidden. I however need to hide mine whenever possible. In fact I just put a layer of spray on undercoating inthe windshield I built as well as the front a arm guards.

Bosssmannn took a couple pictures of the front bumper for you, nothing fancy used angle iron and the winch mount to mount it in the factory locations. Gonna do a bracket similar to the EMP bumper in the rear.

I put the winch in place and you can still easily free spool it from the top.

I was thinking about the smooth finish at first but I'm gonna talk to a buddy and see about applying a Bedliner material for the rough look, but I did finish the welds off a little better.
