I'm going to put two led work lights facing backwards just under the roof, either triggered off the reverse lights or by a manual switch on the dash, not sure yet. I might put the work lights on a switch and then put the Yamaha reverse light kit on as well, but there might not be much point having both.

That was my thinking as well. Trying to decide whether to mount off the support bars or??

I think you'd want your work light as high as possible that way you can point it down a bit and help keep it out of your eyes, like Bluemonkey's, that's some serious light there! Honest question, is that light bar toooo bright?

I like the mount for sure, just want to keep it below the top/roof line to keep it from getting wiped out.

BM - What are the dimensions and Lumens?

That one is sort of jury-rigged. It started as a Cycle Country plow light bar (diffused 36-LED strip). But the mount was crap and it wouldn't stay put. So I moved it to the back where it works well. It's NOT very bright. Just gives me a good general work light for backing up or if I need to get stuff out of the back. I don't even think CC publishes a lumen rating for it. I doubt it's over 500. It's really not much. The strip is about 16" long. If you want bright, I'd do the Rigid 10" flood light SR series back there.
