Hello, my name is Serge nd I am new in the group.
I have just bought a Viking ranch edition 2020 with only 450 miles on the odometer.
It works perfectly except that when I go down a slope I hear a “schtack” sound as if the transmission slides. It only happens when I go down a slop around 3 or 4 miles/hour.
what could it be ?
Many thanks for your collaboration.

Copy and paste the youtube link here is the easiest way for us to get to it.

Are you referring to the quick bang sound at the very end of the video?

Are you in Low or high gear when this happens?
My Viking makes that exact sound every time when I put it in Low gear and then start moving forward. It is the linkage fully engaging into Low once I start moving a little. It has always done it since new so I figured it was normal and it has never been a problem.
So that maybe what’s happening with your Viking if you’re in Low gear, but that is a very long time for it to happen. If this is what’s happening you’re probably going to have to look at getting it all adjusted better.

Thank you for your comments. It happens when I am in High gear moving down a slope. Never when I move forward.

Good point… absolutely watch the speedometer when you take your foot off the gas, if it goes to zero while still moving you have middle gear coming loose. You don’t need to be going down hill to check this.
