Little Red Wagon build thread

Since I already did an intro post, I figured I'd do a build thread with lots of pics to show the progress of making it mine.

The day I got her home.

First thing I added was the SuperATV flip up windshield. Easy to install and works great.

Next came the winch install. 4500 lb Superwinch with synthetic rope. I used the KFI mount. Easy install and the instructions were really clear. For now, I only mounted the socket for the handheld remote. I have a switch plate being made that will hold an in-out rocker switch.

And since I know that I have more electrical accessories to add, I went ahead and mounted this fused distribution block for power and ground connections.

And one more pic. Here is the switch plate I ordered. I saw this one on the site and pretty much copied it.

I'm out of town for 2 weeks so I can't mess with her for a while. Still have a 40 inch LED light bar to mount and 2 6 inch LED's for reverse / work lighting. My switch panel should be in when I get home. Hoping to get those installed when I get home.

I recently acquired 2 sheets of 3/16 stainless steel. Thinking about going have a metal roof bent out of stainless. And I'll probably use some of it to make a stainless heat shield.

Finally got home and was able to spend some time with the Viking. I got the 40" LED bar and the reverse/work lights mounted and wired.

Then I was able to wire up and install my custom switch panel. The backlighting and the 3 switches on the right side of the panel come on with the key. The 3 switches on the left side are always powered. The winch in/out switch and the LED lights I wanted to be able to use with the machine off. I know I'll never leave the LEDs on and forget about them.
