Adding the SE fender flares to a non SE Viking

I've been reading a lot on here about getting the individual flares for an SE instead of buying the kit from Yamaha. I've found the individual flares, but can someone who has went this route give me a breakdown of what hardware ( nuts and bolts) I will need. Or is it pretty self explanatory when I see the flares? I'm probably overthinking this, but I'm losing my patience waiting for the dealership to call and tell me I can come pick up my Viking!

you will need to buy stainless hardware. I do not remember the size, it is all easy just drill it and tighten

I've got a hardware store in my neighborhood. I'll just hit them up. They have all the stainless hardware.
